Year on year the league that has the highest (or lowest) both teams to score (BTTS) percentages, changes. Two leagues with consistently high BTTS numbers are the Dutch Eredivisie and the Belgium Pro league. Year on Year the same teams dominate. PSV Eindhoven, Ajax, Feyenoord in Holland. In Belgium Club Brugge, Anderlecht generally do well.

It makes these leagues slightly more predictable than the minefield of the Premier League. This extra 3 to 6% predictability gives you a betting advantage.

Again the Eredivisie leads the way in BTTS %. Interestingly, if you evaluate the stats, you see that almost every league has a higher 2nd half BTTS percentage, than 1st half. Is 2nd half BTTS betting more profitable than 1st half ?
